Each of our cotton candy favors is freshly handcrafted to order, ensuring that every package arrives with the same quality and care we bring to your event.
Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation prior to shipment. Larger or custom orders may require 7–10 business days, depending on quantity and design specifications.
Shipping Methods:
We currently ship throughout the United States via trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Weather Considerations:
Cotton candy is a delicate confection that can be sensitive to heat and humidity. We take great care in our packaging, but we encourage recipients to promptly retrieve packages upon delivery to preserve product freshness and presentation.
Event Deliveries:
For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure sufficient production and shipping time. If you have a specific event date, please include it at checkout so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are customized and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is, however, very important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your claim promptly and arrange for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As each order is made fresh and often personalized, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hoursof purchase. Beyond this window, production may already be underway and adjustments cannot be guaranteed.
